All time. Did both the e-bike and the more advanced ride. The e-bike ride was ALL TIME. I hadn’t ridden an e-bike before, and getting to ride all types of terrain for 4+ hours was epic. The more advanced ride was a bit too advanced for me, but I cap out at blues and easy blacks at the park in the states. Definately going again soon to find some other trails. Tour guide Leo is just the man.

Leo and Willy were an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. Leo was a wonderful guide and such a joy to be around. This experience will certainly be a highlight of our trip! Highly recommend booking a biking tour with Leo, it will exceed your expectations!

We had a great trip ! Leo was awesome - impeccable English and happy to answer my endless questions. The trip was able to accommodate my husband - an excellent mountain biker, and me - intermediate on a good day - without difficulty. I would recommend Leo, this trip, and Colombia to all.

Leo orchestrated a fabulous, customized trip for three of us that included a bicycle tour of Medellín, 2 strenuous road bike rides, and a gorgeous mountain bike ride through Parque Arvi. He is a terrific bicycle tour guide who went the extra mile to make our trip superlative, and is also a delightful wealth of local knowledge.

We couldn't have had a nicer day of riding in @cairobikepark along with @liamswt @dboterov @joshpman_ @bflannel @daniel.damnit and @wellsrpo last Thursday. Shuttle services were provided as usual by @mantenimientopistasmedellin and we were able to witness one more time how naturally talented Canadians are at riding mountain bikes down steep technical trails.

We couldn't have had a nicer day of riding in @cairobikepark along with @liamswt @dboterov...

@jackvavrik came back to Colombia after a two-years hiatus and hired again our downhill tour! He chose to visit the same spot: @cairobikepark where trails were blessed by little rain to make them grippier. We drank soursop juice, treated Blinky with sausage after each lap and drank beers by the river at the end of the ride.

After our journey through the coffee region, in our 4th day riding with Omar for @activexpedition we finally arrived to our home trails in Santa Bárbara. We picked up sugar cane and guava for Omar to try, Doña Edilma prepared fresh soursop juice for us and Omar showed clear signs of improvement on his biking skills

On our 3rd day guiding Omar for @activexpedition we were greeted in Manizales by @trailhunters.col who drove us through the road that crosses the Nevado del Ruiz National Park where Sergio explained to us about several paramo species. Then we went to Bosque Popular where Sergio coached Omar in biking skills. Next stop: @cairobikepark

Day two of riding for @activexpedition in the books. This time we visited @casaenlalinea where his flagship guide @sergiobp23 was waiting for us to show us how to spend more time on the air than on the ground. Omar couldn't have found better inspiration.
